is there anyway to get access to the list of 134 bills NEA supported amending NCLB, and the list NEA opposed? i’m doing some research on congressional support and opposition to NEA’s policy agenda and this would be a great resource to have in my statistical model. too often nea scorecards data (which i have) incorporate votes that have nothing to do with education. obtaining a list of education specific bills that NEA has taken a position on would be a much better measure.
