		<description><![CDATA[President Obama will not be booed if he addresses the NEA Representative Assembly, because the delegates have better manners than that. While the delegates have concerns about the Race to the Top initiative, the most that will do is temper what would otherwise be very loud and frequent applause.
Don&#039;t forget that, in 2007, Mike Huckabee addressed the RA, and received a standing ovation, largely because he was the ONLY Republican presidential contender ever to have accepted an NEA invitation to address the delegates.]]></description>
