Never Say Die

“This is what democracy looks like.”

“Elections have consequences.”

“See you in court.”

These are the sequential slogans that accompany elections these days, and appear to be holding true in Washington State, where the teachers’ union committed to funding a lawsuit against the state’s new charter school law, even though it hasn’t yet come up with, oh, grounds to do so.

    From the story: “The union’s board of directors has committed to help fund a lawsuit, although it is not yet clear who would file it, when it would be filed, or exactly what form the challenge would take.”
