Arne Duncan One-on-One with Usain Bolt?

Arne Duncan’s tenure as U.S. Secretary of Education has been, to be charitable, rocky. Some might go so far as to say that the highlight of his term was his 17-point, 7-rebound performance in the 2012 NBA All-Star Celebrity Game. Secretary Duncan displayed a deft touch on the court that he hasn’t been able to duplicate in the education world.

Now that he’s in his second term, Duncan will be making his second appearance at NBA All-Star Weekend, but he has a new challenge ahead – Olympic gold medal sprinter Usain Bolt.

Bolt is 6’5″ and though he can’t shoot to save himself, how is Arne going to chase him up and down the court? And he can do this:
