A Swing and a Myth

The authors of the Learning Policy Institute’s report on teacher shortages have responded to numerous criticisms- including mine – in a September 29 blog post.

They referred to this in a tweet as “dispelling myths” about their report.

I’m certain the other critics will have new things to say about LPI’s response – as will I next week – but in the meantime I encourage you to read their elaborations to see if they influence you one way or the other.
